Bhetki or sea bass fish cooked in onion ,tomato gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium potato cut into pieces
  2. 1 medium cauliflower cut into pieces
  3. 4-5 Bhetki pieces
  4. 1 medium onion chopped
  5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  11. 1 medium tomato chopped
  12. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take olive oil in flat pan.Put turmeric powder and salt over potato,cauliflower and fry it,
  2. Fry the fishes and fry it,Keep potatoes,cauliflower and fishes aside.
  3. Take oil in a flat pan,Fry the onions,till it turns golden brown.Add the tomatoes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilly powder.Add salt.Fry it for sometime.Add chopped coriander and turmeric powder.Add red chilly powder.Add Garam Masala.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water and medium cook for 3-4 minutes.Bhetki in tomato gravy is ready.
