ABOUT Tamatar ki chutney (salty) RECIPE

This is a salty chutney made by just grinding tomatoes, green chillies and garlic. It goes very well with sattu ka paratha. You can have in navratri fasting by leaving garlic and using sendha namak.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Tomato - 2
  2. Green chilli - 2 medium
  3. Garlic leaves - 3
  4. Salt
  5. Mustard oil - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Take roughly cut tomatoes in a mixer grinder.
  2. Add green chillies and garlic. Grind all to make a fine paste.
  3. Pour the content in a bowl, add mustard oil and salt.
  4. Mix all and then serve.
