Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pav- 3 no’s
  2. Tomato-150 grams
  3. Cauliflower-1/4 cup
  4. Green peas-1/4 cup
  5. Beans-1/4 cup
  6. Carrot-1/4 cup
  7. Potato-1/4 cup
  8. Green chilli-2
  9. Ginger and garlic paste- 1 spoon
  10. Red chilli powder- as required
  11. Coriander powder- as required
  12. Black salt-1 pinch
  13. Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
  14. Garam masala/ pav Baji masala-1/2 spoon
  15. Curd-1 tablespoon
  16. Salt- as required
  17. Cloves-4
  18. Saunf-1 spoon
  19. Butter- 100 grams

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil all vegetables in a cooker and keep it aside.
  2. In a flat pan add 1 tablespoon oil .Fry saunf and cloves.
  3. Add finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste.
  4. Sauté till onion turns translucent.
  5. In a blender make tomato puree and add. You can even chop finely and add. Sauté till oil comes to the corner.
  6. Now add all vegetables and mash it well.
  7. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav Baji masala, turmeric powder and salt.
  8. Fry for few minutes and add little water.
  9. Mash again and curd.
  10. Keep stirring till water drains completely.
  11. Add 100 grams butter and mash it again.
  12. Turn off flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  13. While serving squeeze lemon juice.
