Perfect snacks loaded with goodness of spinach, paneer. Kids love it too as it has cheese oozing out.This is perfect for ongoing rainy seasons.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Crushed and roasted vermicelli to coat 1/2 cup
  2. Crumbled paneer 1/4 cup
  3. Black Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder to taste
  5. Cheese slices 1
  6. Spinach washed and finely chopped 1/4 cup and dried in kitchen towel
  7. Maida 1 tbsp
  8. Water for making slurry
  9. Pinch of salt to add in slurry
  10. Cumin powder 1/8tsp
  11. Potatoes 1/4 just for binding
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Chat masala 1/4 tsp
  14. Grated ginger 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix potatoes, paneer, spinach, chat masala, black pepper, black salt, cumin powder and ginger.
  2. Take lemon size prepared mixture and in between place 1/4th slice of cheese and give it the shape you want. keep it in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
  3. Now heat oil. Make a slurry of maida, water and pinch of salt.
  4. Dip one ball in slurry and then roll it over crushed vermicelli. Now deep fry and serve with sauce.
