Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. BOILED ARHAR OR MOONG DAAL 200 GMS
  2. TOMATO 2 CHOPPED
  3. SPINACH CHOPPED 1 BUNCH
  4. SALT TO TASTE
  5. GARAM MASALA 1 TBSP
  6. BLACK PEPPER A PINCH
  7. KASHMIRILALA HALF TBSP
  8. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  9. GHEE TO SAUTE

Instructions

  1. TAKE A WOK HEAT GHEE ADD JEERA AND TOMATOES , SAUTE WELL
  2. THEN ADD SPINACH AND COOK WELL
  3. ADD ALL THE SPICES AND COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MORE MINUTES
  4. ADD THE BOILED DAAL SIMMER FOR SOME TIME AND SERVE HOT WITH ROTI AR RICE
