2- cups maida
1- cup icing sugar
1- cup milk powder
1- cup ghee
1- cup milk
1tbsp- baking powder
1tsp- soda
Some drops of - Vanilla essence

Instructions

Firstly take ghee, sugar and milk powder in a pot and mix it well.
Then add Maida, baking powder, soda, essence and mix again then add milk as required.
Then grease the baking pan by dusting with Maida.
Pour mixture in a pot and bake it 120'c for 35 min.
