It is one of the yummy starters which is lip smacking and easy at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 kg baby potatoes
  2. 1 cup capsicum cut into cubes
  3. 1/2 cup onion cut into cubes
  4. 1/2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  5. 1/2 cup hung curd
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tsp pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  9. 1tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1tsp amchur powder
  11. 1tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1tbsp mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes for 2 whistles on high flame.
  2. Peel potatoes and transfer it into bowl.
  3. In that bowl add all the other ingredients and marinate it for 1 hour.
  4. Now take skewer bead one potato,1 cube capsicum,1 onion cube then again 1 potato and lastly 1 tomato cube, do so with rest of the marinated stuff.
  5. Arrange skerwers in a baking tray, drizzle few drops of oil.
  6. Now place the tray in a preheated oven at 350 Fahrenheit, for 8-10 min and flip it over to other side for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Now take the skewers out and serve in platter with your favourite chutney.
