Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coriander Leaves/Dhaniya patta /Dhonepata-2cups (cleaned and chopped)
  2. Chickpeas Flour (basan)-6 tablespoons
  3. Rice flour-1tablespoon
  4. Green chillies-3chopped
  5. A pinch of cooking soda
  6. Red chilli powder-1/2teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as needed(make sure the batter should not be very thin or thick )
  9. Oil-1/2cup (preferebly mustard oil )

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the chopped coriander leaves, besan or chickpeas flour, salt, soda, green chillies, red chilli powder and little bit of water.
  2. Mix well and make small shapes.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  4. Add 4 to 5 pakoda in oil,deeo fry on medium flame until golden brown colour.Take them out from pan, and place them on kitchen paper.
