Rajma is a hot favourite curry amongst north indians mainly the Punjabi community... In my house its a must twice a week because my family is crazy about Rajma chawal... Well the main ingredient that makes Rajma so yummy n tasty is our 'Tomato' . Without tomatoes Rajma wont taste that good . So here's my recipe of Rajma n hope you all try n like it..

Heat oil in big pan .
Add the khada
masala..
Add the minced
onions...
Saute till pinkish in
color...
Now add ginger n
garlic paste...
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the pureed
tomatoes..
Add the green chillies
Now add the dry
masalas..
Cook on slow flame
till the sides leave oil..
Add the boiled Rajma
now.. mix well...
Now add enough to
make desired Rasa..
Adjust salt and spices.
Bring Rajma to boil ..
Cook on high for 5
minutes..
Now switch of the gas
Rajma is ready to be
served ..
Garnish with fresh
cilantro..
SERVING: 5
