Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup pasta
  2. 1 Teaspoon oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 6 cup water
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 4 green cardomom
  7. 4 black paper
  8. 4 cloves
  9. 1 small cinmmon stick
  10. for chicken tikka marination
  11. 250 gm chicken bonless
  12. 1 tablespoon thick yogurt
  13. 1 tablespoon kashmiri chili powder
  14. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  15. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  16. 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  17. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Oil for shallow frying
  20. For gravy
  21. 2 tablespoon oil
  22. 1 cup chopped onion
  23. 1 cup chopped tomato
  24. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  25. 3 tablespoon yogurt
  26. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  27. 1 teaspoon biryani masala powder
  28. 1/4 teaspoon turmirc powder
  29. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  30. For garnishing
  31. 1/4 cup fried onion
  32. 3 tablespoon chopped coriander and mint
  33. 6 to 8 fried cashews

Instructions

  1. take water, salt, oil, all whole spices in a pot and put it on medium flame add pasta in boiling water and cook for few minutes. remove pot from the heat and strain the water and keep aside.
  2. Take a large bowl and add Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, , Red Chili Powder, soya sauce, corn flour and salt mix it well. Now add Chicken and mix it well. and keep aside 20 minutes.
  3. then shallow fry chicken on medium flame .
  4. take another pan add some oil fry the onion till little golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes .
  5. then add chopped tomato, green chili, yogurt , chili powder, biryani masala, turmirc powder, and salt and cook on medium flame till mixture is perfectly cooked. then add chicken Tikka and mix well and keep aside.
  6. now in pot spread one layer of boiled pasta then add a layer of chicken Tikka gravy, fried onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves and cashews and then spread one more layer of boiled pasta over it now again add fried onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and pieces of fried Chicken.
  7. now on medium flame put a tava and on that tava put the above pot and cover it properly keep it for 15 minutes.
  8. pasta biryani is now ready serve it hot
