ABOUT Creama-Di-fungi with fusilli . RECIPE

This is an innovative and delicious fusilli pasta recipe in Walnut sauce having baked spinach stuffed mushrooms. Its not only a delicious but a totally power packed healthy recipe. The walnut paste is blended with yogurt and goudacheese .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fusilli pasta 250g
  2. Walnuts 100g
  3. Garlic pods 10
  4. Gouda cheese 50g
  5. Black peppers 10g
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  8. Onions one medium sized
  9. Cherry tomatoes chopped 10
  10. Spinach frozen paste
  11. Sage leaves 10
  12. Button mushrooms 10.
  13. Oregano 10g
  14. Red paprika flakes 10g
  15. Yogurt greek 100 ml
  16. Frozen strawberries for garnishing 10

Instructions

  1. Boil the fusilli pasta in a pot of hot boiling water till it becomes tender. Add few drops of oil to avoid adhering of the pasta. Keep it aside after draining its water under running cold water in a colander.
  2. Now clean button mushrooms and scoop out its pulp .
  3. Fill the hollow cavities with pre boiled spinach salted paste.
  4. Keep it in the preheated OTG in a baking dish at 200°C for 10 minutes approximately.
  5. Take them out after they are baked ..we dont have to brown them .
  6. Keep them aside.Now the next step is to make Walnut paste sauce. To this add walnuts , garlic pods , black pepper whole , salt .and yogurt, gauda cheese and blend it in a mixer.
  7. Your paste would be ready.
  8. Keep this aside. Now in a pan add olive oil and heat it. Add chopped onions and shallow fry them. Simultaneously add chopped garlic pods and salt.
  9. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and sage leaves. Allow them to become tender
  10. Add Walnut paste and stir all the ingredients thoroughly. Adjust its consistency by adding more yogurt .
  11. Add fusilli pasta now.
  12. Mix it thoroughly
  13. Add Baked stuffed mushrooms in this creamy mixture and simmer for some more time. Switch off the gas now..All these processes had been going on a medium flame..your delicious Creme - de - fungi fusilli pasta is ready.
  14. Garnish with frozen strawberries. Trust me you will love the taste of this innovative healthy pasta in the walnut cream. Sprinkle oregano and red chilly flakes over it.. Enjoy .
