green split lentils and red lentils cooked together

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. green split lentils ( with husk ) 1 cup
  2. red lentils 1 cup
  3. onion 1 small chopped
  4. garlic cloves 4 chopped
  5. tomatoes 2 chopped
  6. asafoetida 1/2 tspn
  7. turmeric 1/2 tspn
  8. red chilli 1/2 tspn
  9. salt
  10. ghee 8 tspn

Instructions

  1. wash lentils
  2. in a cooker add both lentils. turmeric salt and 3 cup water
  3. cook for 10 minuets
  4. in a pan add ghee . add onion garlic and cook
  5. add tomatoes and cook again
  6. mix this to daal and Cook again for 2 minuets.
