Moong dal balls in tang water

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2 cup moong dal
  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 5 green chillies
  6. 2 table spoon tamarind watet
  7. 2tsp red chilly powder
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 2-4 hours
  2. Now in a blender add ginger and chillies and soaked moong dal and make fine paste
  3. Now heat oil make balls with help of finger (round pakoda) of moong batter batter
  4. Now take 2-3 cup add tamarind water salt chilly powder and soak balls in it
  5. Serve it after 20 min when it is completely soaked in water
