ABOUT Chinese - Style Vermicelli RECIPE

A twist to the regular vermicelli upma.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli (I used the Bambino brand) 3 cup
  2. Finely chopped Cabbage 1/2 cup
  3. Finely chopped Carrot 1/2 cup
  4. Finely chopped Capsicum 1/4 cup
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Small size Onion (optional) 1
  7. Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  8. Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  9. Ching's Noodles Masala 3 Tablespoon
  10. Oil 2 Tablespoons
  11. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil vermicelli, when cooked drain the excess water using a sieve and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add oil, green chili and all the vegetables. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the boiled vermicelli, ching's noodles masala, salt and all the sauces.
  3. Mix everything well and cook for 3-4 minutes
  4. Serve Immedietely
