Roast the vermicelli in 1 tbsp of oil till it's crispy and golden in colour. Remove it in a plate and keep it aside.
Dry grind Kashmiri red chilli and garlic. It will have a coarse consistency that's perfect.
Add 3-4 tbsp oil in the same sauce pan. Add curry leaves followed by onion..sauté till it turns golden in colour.
Add peppers and sweet corn, cook for a minute. Add the garlic and red chilli paste. Mix it well.
Add the chopped tomatoes. Cook till it turns tender.
Add 2 tbsp salsa sauce. Mix it well and cook for a minute. Add salt to taste, mix it. The oil should start to separate.
Add the vermicelli, mix it. Add 2 cups of water. Keep the flame on a medium heat. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes or till it's completely cooked. Add the lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
