Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermecilli 1 bowl
  2. Chop andboiled carrot 1 cup
  3. Chop and boiled beans 1cup
  4. Boiled peas 1/2cup
  5. Salt 2tsp
  6. Turmeric 2 pinch
  7. Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  8. chop green chilli 1
  9. water 2 bowl
  10. oil 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a wok add vermecilli dry roast for slow heat for light brown color.
  2. Take a wok add oil then put cuminseeds then cuminseeds crackle add boiled veggies and dry roasted vermecilli saute for 1 minutes.
  3. Then add all dry masala and 2 bowl of water mix well and cook.
  4. After cook serve hot hot veggies vermecilli.
