Ingredients: 2 cup Corn kernels; 2 tsbp corn flour; 2 tbsp rice flour; Salt to taste; Oil for frying; 4 tbs tomato ketchup; 2 tbs szcehwan sauce; 2 tsp sugar; 1 med sized capsicum finely chopped; Fine chopped fresh coriander; 1tsp white pepper pwdr; 1 tsp Oregano; 1 tsp Lemon juice

Corn made crispy and tasty

Ingredients Serving: 2

2 cup Corn kernels
2 tsbp corn flour
2 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
4 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tbs szcehwan sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 med sized capsicum finely chopped
Fine chopped fresh coriander
1tsp white pepper pwdr
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

Take the corn kernels and wash them well
Drain the water well and spread the corn on a plate and sprinkle cornflour, salt and rice flour over it and mix well dont add water
Now take a pan n put oil for frying and fry the coated corn
Remove it on a tissue paper
Now take a mixing bowl in that add all the remaining items and mix well
Now in the mixture add the fried corn and toss well
Garnish with green coriander and serve!
