Dry Roast black cardamom,cloves and cumin seeds. Make a coarse powder of these spices and keep aside.
Grind soaked urad daal coarsely but should not be a paste
Add all the powdered spices along with cardamom mixture in it and mix it nicely.
In a large bowl take wheat flour,semolina and rub in the daal mixture nicely with the help of your hands into it
Add 1 tbsp of clarified butter/ghee. Make sure they are mixed properly. Knead a little stiff dough by adding little water if required.
Make small pooris and fry them till they are fluffy and crisp.
Serve with your favourite aloo ka jhor or kaddu ki sabzi or boondi raita whatever you like.
