Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Franch beans 100 gm
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Green peas 50 gm
  5. Garlic 5 pods
  6. Amarican corn 50 gm
  7. Oil 100 gm
  8. Baking Powder a pinch
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Origano 1/2 tspn
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsn
  13. Ginger 1 inch
  14. Tomato sauce 4 tbs
  15. Tomato puree 100 gm

Instructions

  1. Make a firm dough of all purpose flour oil baking soda salt and water. Cover it and keep aside
  2. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil add chopped ginger garlic and sauté add vegetables tomato puree sauce salt pepper and oregano cook till juices evaporated.
  3. Now make small balls of dough roll and fill vegetables mix in middle. Fold and paste ends by water press over by fork.
  4. Give 5 minutes rest and deep fry.
