Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ready made puff pastry sheet 1
  2. Mixed veggies chopped 1 cup
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Tomato 1 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  6. Seasoning jeera 1 spoon
  7. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  10. Oil as required
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the veggies
  2. Heat a pan witha tsp of oil and splutter the seasoning ,add onion sand fry for a minute
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute
  4. Add the boiled vegetables and chopped tomatoes and all the powders given in the table
  5. Mix well fry in low flame til the masala blends well in the vegetables .lastly add the salt and mix well and cool down
  6. Pre heat at oven in 220 degrees cool
  7. Prepare the pastry sheets
  8. Bake for 15 minutes
  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce
