Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potato-4 to 5
  2. Ghee-2 teaspoon
  3. Sugar-1/2 Cup
  4. Coconut Powder-1 tablespoon
  5. Kaju,badam,pista-(powder)1/2 teaspoon
  6. Green Cloves-(powder)1/2 teaspoon
  7. Varakh(silver sheet)-1 sheet
  8. Kesar-1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Crush The raw potato and leave it in cold water.
  2. In a container Boil water for 5 mins....And now add the crushed potato.
  3. And now take it out and Rinse it in cold water(it should look transparent)
  4. Take a pan and add ghee and add 2 long.
  5. Now add that crushed aloo in it.now saute it for 2 mins
  6. Now add sugar to it.And saute it(you shld not leave it).
  7. Now add Badam pista kaju chopped to it.(Gas should be on sim mode).
  8. And now take it out container.Now add Kesar and elaichi powder.
  9. Now you can cover it with varakh
  10. Now keep it in fridge for 1/2 Hour
  11. Your dish is ready u can serve:relaxed:️:relaxed:️
