Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup dosa batter
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  4. 2 tablespoon sugar
  5. 1 chooped green chilli
  6. Few chooped curry leaves
  7. 1 tablespoon fruit salt
  8. For tempering.......
  9. Few curry leaves
  10. 1 green chilli
  11. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  12. 1 tablespoon oil
  13. Few grated coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl pour dosa batter , curd , salt , sugar , chopped green chilli , chopped curry leaves and mix well without any lumps and keep aside
  2. Now steam a steamer pouring water
  3. Grease a container
  4. Now add fruit salt in batter and mix well
  5. Immediately pour batter in container and steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Check by a toothpick or a knife and cool few mintues and demold in a plate
  7. Now heat a pan add oil mustard seed , green chilli and curry leaves for tempering
  8. Add tempering on dhokla and serve with garnishing few grated coconut
