Cake with summer fruit Mango.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
  2. 1 cup mango pulp
  3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1/2 cup melted butter
  5. 200gm condensed milk
  6. 3-4 TBSP MILK
  7. 1 tsp Baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  9. 1/2 cup chopped mango
  10. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put maida baking powder and baking soda. Seive 2 times. So that everything will mix properly
  2. Take another bowl pour butter mango pulp and mix it.
  3. Then add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix properly
  4. Add milk and mix again
  5. Then add the dry material (maida) into it. Fold the material properly. whisk properly to become a smooth batter. Add the chopped mango and mix it.
  6. Take a mould grease it with butter pour the cake batter. Tap the mould on table so that material gets evenly placed
  7. Set the oven on 200 degree for 30 minutes. Timing may vary according to different oven. I used the convection mode.
  8. Use knife or tooth pick to check if cake is ready. Prick into the cake if comes out clean it cake is ready.

i made this cake. gud in taste but is not so spongy. any tips to get it spongy
