Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked rice 2 cups
  2. Hung curd 1/4 cup
  3. Grated onion 2-3 tbsp
  4. Bay leaf 1
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  6. Dalchini powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Elachi powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Jeera 1 tsp
  9. Saunf 1 tsp
  10. Fried onions 1 cup
  11. Degi mrich 1 tsp
  12. Corinader leaves 3 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  16. Paneer cubes 350 gms

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add paneer cubes, grated onions, jeera, saunf,ginger garlic paste,elachi powder, dalchini powder ,curd and mix well
  2. Marinate and leave for half hour
  3. Pan fry the paneer and keep aside
  4. In a kadai, add oil, fried onion ginger garlic paste and saute for a min
  5. Add degi mirch and add paneer cubes mix well
  6. Add rice ,salt and water,mix well
  7. Cover and cook till done
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onions
  9. Serve hot
