Mash the ripe banana and keep it in a bowl.
In a pan add water and jaggery. Let it boil well until it melts .
In a bowl ,add rice flour and melted jaggery.
Now add salt , b.p , coconut to it. Mix it very well and keep aside for about an hour.
Heat appam pan and add ghee . Slowly pour the mixture into it.
Close the lid and cook it until golden brown on the other side. Flip it slowly.
Once its done serve it in a plate.
