Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough - 1 bowl wheat flour
  2. 1/2 spoon salt
  3. 1 spoon oil
  4. For stuffing - 1 bowl leftover jira aaloo sabzi
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 2 green chilli chopped
  7. 1/4 spoon salt
  8. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  10. Ghee as per needed

Instructions

  1. Knead a smooth dough with water, salt and oil.
  2. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Mash the jira aaloo and add chopped onion, green chilli,bread crumbs, salt and coriander leaves mix well.
  4. After 20 minutes devide the dough into medium size balls.
  5. Roll it little and place on potato mixture over it.
  6. Take all sides and seal it and again roll it.
  7. Place it on hot tawa and roast both sides with generous amount of ghee.
  8. Serve with chutney or pickles.
