ABOUT Bread Rolls with Pepper Stuffing RECIPE

Peppers Sautéed with Onions and Green Chillies and then topping up with grated cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread Slices : 6-8
  2. Red Peppers – 1
  3. Onions – 1 Medium Sized
  4. Green chillies -2
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ spoon
  6. Grated Cheese – 3 tbsp.
  7. Salt – To Taste
  8. Oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the Bread Slices, Cut the sides and keep it aside
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add in finely chopped onions and fry until half –done
  3. Add in the Ginger-Garlic Paste and fry until the raw smell of the paste goes off
  4. Now add in Chopped Peppers and green chillies and fry until they are done
  5. Finally toss it up by adding salt and switch off the stove
  6. Once the mixture is moderately cool add in the grated cheese, mix well and keep it aside
  7. Take once bread slice, dip it in water and then squeeze it with palms
  8. Keep this bread slice on a flat surface and then place a spoon of the prepared mixture at the centre of the slice
  9. Fold one side of the slice on to the other sides and gently press the edges to seal
  10. Repeat this for remaining slices of Bread
  11. Heat oil in a pan and once hot add in the prepared Bread Roll and Fry it. It doesn’t take much time to fry it
  12. Gently turn on the roll on the other side and fry.
  13. Once done take it out from the oil and then place it on the Kitchen Towel Sheet to absorb the excess oil.
  14. Serve this Bread Rolls with Tomato Ketchup.
