Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over khamand 10-15 pieces
  2. Oil 2 tsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Garlic finely chopped 2 tsp
  7. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Spring onion finely chopped 1 bowl
  12. Coriander finely chopped 1 bowl
  13. Coconut grated 2 tsp
  14. Asafoedia pinch
  15. Pomegranate seeds optional 2 tsp
  16. Nylon sev optional 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crumble dollars either with your hand or churn in the grinder vice versa for 30 sec
  2. Now heat oil in a wok...Add mustard and cumin seeds..Wait till they crackle..
  3. Now add pinch of asafoedia,crushed chilli garlic pieces and saute for few min
  4. Add curry leaves and mix all the crumbled churned doklas,lemon juice ,salt.
  5. Close the lid for 2 min till the flavour gets blended well..
  6. Sprinkle red chilli flakes,coconuts grates,spring onions,coriander leaves..And serve hot
  7. You can use pomegranate seeds and nylon sev too as toppings..Here I have not used...
  8. Serve with kadi/tomato sauce ...
