Sabudana and lauki kheer made from left over sabudana payasam

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana payasam...1 bowl
  2. Lauki grated....1 cup
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Milk...1/2 litre
  5. Chopped dry fruits...as

Instructions

  1. Heat a woke, put 100 ml water and grated lauki and cook on low flame, till tender
  2. Add milk in this and cook till half quantity
  3. Add sabudana payasam and cook again till required consistency
  4. A pic of sabudana payasam
  5. Add sugar and cook once again
  6. Enjoy with garnish of dry fruits ( you may add the same in the kheer)
