ABOUT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BALLS (Made with leftover cake) RECIPE

Every year on my birthday, I get 8-9 cakes from my friends and relatives. This is when this recipe struck on my mind, instead of wasting those cakes, I came up with this perfect dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Chocolate Cake
  2. 1 tin milkmaid
  3. 4 ounces chocolate slab
  4. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  5. Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Cut the icing part of the cake and crumble the cake.
  2. Add milkmaid and mix it well.
  3. Make small balls of it. Add milkmaid as required for binding.
  4. Heat the whipping cream in microwave for about 45 seconds. Make sure it doesn’t form any bubbles.
  5. Pour the warm whipping cream over the melted chocolate and let it sit for 3 minutes. Whisk it well and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Dip the chocolate balls in the whipped cream mixture. Garnish with sprinkles and let it set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
