Nachos is a dish from northern Mexico that consists of tortilla chips covered with mince and cheese or a cheese-based sauce often served as a snack but i serve this Mexican dish with desi chhole.. so it's a fusion of videshi per desi tadka

Cut the roti in triangular shape
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the roti
In a pan add chhole add little water and mashed it
When its mashed slightly off the flame
Now place chole in a serving plate then sprinkle oregano
Now place some nachos then chhole
Now sprinkle remaining oregano, chilli flakes and green chili
Put some tomato sauce on the top and serve
