For patties: Put the chole masala into the food processor and process it for a while.
Then add broken bread slices and process .
Now add sliced boil potatoes and process again.
Now in a bowl take the mixture ; add chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion,red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt ; mix well.
Shape the mixture into equal size patties.
Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan ,coat the patties with cornflour and shallow fry it.
Fry it both sides ,till evenly done and crisp on both sides.
For burger buns: Microwave the leftover rice for about a minute , smashed it slightly when hot ;add chilli powder, chilli flakes, pepper powder, cornflour and salt.
Mix all the ingredients properly, flattened the mixture on a dish , shape it round with a glass.
Heat oil, add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Keep the oil aside ,use this for frying buns .
In the same pan shallow fry the buns in medium heat on both sides to slightly brown
In same way complete all the buns.
Now on a plate put a rice bun ,then cabbage leaf ,a patty, onion and tomato rings , spread some sauces , lastly again a bun , serve it hot .
