Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ram ladoos....16
  2. Curd....sour....2 bowls
  3. Besan...2 table spoons
  4. Desi ghee...1 table spoon
  5. Whole red chillies...2
  6. Red chilly powder....1 pinch
  7. Cumin seeds...1/4 tea spoon
  8. Curry leaves....1 sprig
  9. Fenugreek seeds....1/4 tea spoon
  10. Asafoetida...1 pinch
  11. Turmeric powder...1/4 tea spoon
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk curd, besan and water in a bowl, so that no lumps are there
  2. In a woke heat half desi ghee, add , asafoetida, whole red chillies, curry leaves and cook for a while
  3. Add.curd and besan batter, add salt and turmeric powder and cook till it thickens a little bit
  4. Add mangodis and cook for 5 more minutes and cover it
  5. Transfer to serving bowl
  6. Make tadka by heating remaining desi ghee, add cumin seeds, let it crackle, add red chilly powder and pour this tadka on kadhi bowl
  7. Enjoy
