ABOUT LOTUS STEM KEBABS RECIPE

Lotus stem kebabs made from left over lotus stem curry. It is tasty ,sizzling recipe made in ziffy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup lotus stem curry with lotus stems 5 pcs
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. half a cup fresh bread crumbs
  4. ginger garlic Chili paste one teaspoon
  5. two spoons of roasted chana powder
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. one teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  9. green chilli 1 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all the indgridients mentioned except sooji.
  2. Mash them to form a dough like structure
  3. make a oblong kebabs and insert the skewers
  4. Roll thesr kebabs in Suji
  5. Shallow fry them on tawa
  6. serve hot with any type of dip .
