Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover boiled rice 1 cup
  2. Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  3. For stuffing;
  4. Khoya 1 cup
  5. Cashew pwdr half cup
  6. Sugar according to ur taste
  7. For sugar syrup ;
  8. Sugar 1 cup
  9. Water half cup
  10. Crushed cardamom 4

Instructions

  1. Paste the boiled rice,
  2. Take a mixing bowl add boiled rice paste & breadcrumbs
  3. Kneed a dough, with out using water..
  4. Now make 1 thread consistency of sugar syrup using sugar, water & crushed cardamom,
  5. Now make stuffing;
  6. Heat a pan in a low medium flame add khoya cook for few mins
  7. When the khoya is getting stared melting add cashew pwdr& sugar
  8. Cook the mixture till thickened
  9. Now take small portion of the rice breadcrumbs dough,& make a small katori shape
  10. Then take small portion of the khoya mixture,& stuffed into the katori
  11. Make a flatten round shape
  12. Now heat oil in a pan,fry all the rice malpuas till changing colour in to beautiful golden brown colour
  13. Now put all the fried malpuas into the sugar syrup & soaked for 2 to 3 mins
  14. After 2 to 3 strain malpuas into the sugar syrup & serve..
