Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Purina 1 bunch
  2. Corriander half cup
  3. Red chillies 3
  4. Ured dall 2 spoons
  5. Channa dal 2 spoons
  6. Tamarind little, salt

Instructions

  1. Take a full bunch of Purina and corriander
  2. Channa dal,ured dal red chillies ,tamarind snd salts
  3. Add little oil and fry the dal and chillies then add the pudina and corriander and fry for two minutes.
  4. Add tamarind ,salt and grind it coarsely.
  5. Mix this chutney with the leftover rice.
