ABOUT Bread Sabzi masala RECIPE

Bread sabzi masala is the solution to the extra bread ends that are generally thrown when we make sandwiches. But why throw them out when you can add a few veggies and masalas to create a tasty dish! This Bread sabzi masala is an ideal dish for afternoon snack or tiffins.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread sides, cut out for making sandwiches and tge end slices which are thicker, cubed-1cup
  2. Mushroom chopped
  3. Onion chopped 1 small
  4. Garlic chopped 1tsp
  5. Chillies chopped 1
  6. Garam masala 1tsp
  7. Tomato chopped 1 big
  8. Zuchini chopped 1/2
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
  10. Tomato sauce 2tbsp
  11. Capscicum chopped 1/2
  12. Scrambled egg

Instructions

  1. In a pan take 2 tsp oil, add onion, chillies and garlic. Saute till light brown
  2. Add the rest of veggies except coriander leaves and cooked covered, saute in between.
  3. Add the masalas and roast.
  4. Add tomato sauce and mix
  5. Add the scrambled eggs & mix thoroughly.
  6. Add the bread slices and mix thoroughly to coat all pieces. Switch off flame and serve in bowl, sprinkle with coriander leaves.
