Take boiled . skin peeled , drained arbis.
Cut them into slices and keep aside open for 5 minutes .
Heat oil in a wok for deep frying .
Drop the Arbis one by one in the hot oil . Fry them in medium heat till golden .
Take out the golden arbis and place it on tissue paper .
Gently press every arbi to take out excess oil .
Likewise gently press every arbi and keep aside .
In the same oil , drop the Arbis back and fry again till golden brown .
Take the golden brown Arbis in a plate .
Sprinkle all the dry powders and salt while Arbil is hot . Mix immediately without smashing .
Sindhi Arbi Tuk is ready to serve .
Serve hot .
