Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Desi Ghee - 4 tbsp
  2. peas - 1/4 katori
  3. potato - 1 chopped
  4. hing a pinch
  5. jeera - 1 tbsp
  6. Rice tukda - 1/2 katori
  7. Arhar and masoor Daal - 1/2 katori
  8. Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Cloves - 4
  10. Bay Leaf - 4
  11. Cinnamon stick - 1 small
  12. Chopped Onions - 1
  13. Green Chilies - 2 chopped
  14. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  15. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  16. coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  17. Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
  18. Salt - As per taste

Instructions

  1. In a Pressure Cooker Heat Desi Ghee.
  2. As Ghee starts heating, make the flame slow, add jeera, hing, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and saute for a minute.
  3. Add garlic paste, green chilies and saute more for a minute on slow flame.
  4. Add chopped onions and saute them till they turn transparent.
  5. wash daal and rice and put in cooker. Add all the vegetables and mix well.
  6. Add all the spices and mix well.
  7. Add Water and pressure cook till 4 whistles.
  8. Serve hot while serving add a dallop of ghee on the top.
