Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ingredients for tomato Makhana chutney:-
  2. 500 gram fresh red tomato cut in a very small pieces
  3. one bowl roasted Makhana
  4. one tablespoon mix mustard seeds, jeera, Methi whole coriander seed
  5. 1 pinch hing
  6. three dry red chilli
  7. 100 gram jaggery
  8. three piece cashew nuts
  9. 6 pices Kishmis
  10. One tablespoon sugar
  11. One tablespoon oil
  12. Salt as per your taste
  13. ingredient for dough:-
  14. 250 gram wheat flour
  15. one fourth teaspoon jeera
  16. 1/4spoon ajwain
  17. Salt as per your taste
  18. ingredient for matar stuff:-
  19. 250 gm fresh green pices
  20. 6 piece garlic clove
  21. Half inch ginger
  22. Salt as per your taste
  23. 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder
  24. Half teaspoon jeera
  25. 1 pinch hing
  26. 143 School chat masala
  27. One tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. take Pan heat oil add musterd seed, jeera, hing, methi seed.
  2. and cook on very low flame
  3. jaggery, sugar, salt, kaju, kishmish and Makhana.
  4. cook it again for five minutes.
  5. Method for dough:-
  6. take wheat flour jeera ajwain salt and Oil.
  7. mix it well bind it and make a smooth dough.
  8. rest it for 15 minutes
  9. for muatar stuff:-
  10. heat oil in a pan add jeera, hing ginger and garlic.
  11. now add green peas and salt.
  12. Cook it till green peice become soft.
  13. add jeera powder and chat masala
  14. now cool this mixture .
  15. smash the Green peace
  16. method for making green peace paratha:-
  17. take Roti size dough and stuff Green peace mixture.
  18. seal it properly and roll dough in circle shape.
  19. heat Tawa and place the paratha on tawa.
  20. spread butter or oil on the both side of the paratha.
  21. cook the paratha on low flame on the both side till become golden brown paratha on both side.
  22. Paratha is ready to serve with tomato Makhana chutney.
