Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer cubes 300 gram
  2. onion paste of 3
  3. oil or ghee 4 tablespoon
  4. Green chilli chopped 2 or 3
  5. ginger garlic water
  6. Coriander leaves 3 tablespoon
  7. salt one teaspoon
  8. Degi mirch half teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder 2 pinches
  10. garam masala half teaspoon
  11. kasuri Methi half teaspoon
  12. Kaju powder one tablespoon
  13. jaifal powder two pinches
  14. javitri powder 2 pinches
  15. Cream 4 tablespoon
  16. milk half cup

Instructions

  1. make ginger garlic water by pressing it on a strainer
  2. in a pan add oil or ghee and saute onions
  3. add the degi mirch and mix well
  4. add tomato and Saute 2- 3 minutes
  5. add one cup of water and cook tomatos till they are absolutely tender
  6. add green chilli ,coriander and ginger garlic water
  7. Add half cup of water and give a good boil
  8. cover and cook till oil separates
  9. add Kaju powder and all the remaining masala into it
  10. add paneer and mix well
  11. add milk if gravy is thick
  12. cover and cook for 3~4 minutes
  13. in the last boil add cream and mix well, taste and balance
  14. serve with naan
