Grind with 1 cup water to make a paste
Split the peppers
Shallow fry in oil at slow flame
Keep in a plate
Now in remaining oil add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,onion seeds, mustard seeds and fennel seeds
Add ginger garlic paste
Add green chilli paste
Add tamarind paste
Add brown onions
Add all the spices and salt
Add coconut paste in it
Fry well
Add 2 cups of water
Add fried chillies in it
Take a boil
Serve hot with chapati or naan or paranthe
