Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana dal - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped green chilly - 1
  4. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak chana dal for 4 - 5 hours.
  2. Then drain chana dal completely and grind it coarsely
  3. Mix salt, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and spread chana dal and cook till the mixture is sticky.
  5. . Flip it when done one side until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with sauce.
