Heat oil and drop spoonful of batter or make by hand and make a hole in it.
Fry on medium heat.
Add these bhalla in salted water for an hour, then squeeze the extra water from it and keep aside
Put bhalla in the serving bowl or glass, add whisked dahi, sprinkle salt and masala and sweet and sour chutney
Enjoy to the fullest and add any thing to it such as boondii, papdi or pani puri
