ABOUT Donuts. RECIPE

A dish of American origin, loved especially by kids and tge youth. Can be served plain or with toppings of dark and white chocolate. Can also be served with filling of custard sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 200gram
  2. Sugar 15gram
  3. Salt 4gram
  4. Yeast 5gram
  5. Fats 15gram
  6. Bread improver 2gram
  7. Gluten 4gram
  8. Milk (50%) 100ml
  9. Oil 500ml

Instructions

  1. measure all the ingredients has for the recipe.
  2. Keep the yeast for fermentation by adding Luke warm water.
  3. Sieve the flour, gluten and bread improver and make a bay at the centre.
  4. Sprinkle salt and sugar at the edges.
  5. Pour the yeast and milk and start kneading to make a dough.
  6. Add the fats and keep kneading.
  7. Allow the dough to proof and then knock back the dough.
  8. Divide it into small balls and roll it and allow it to proof again.
  9. Now give it a donut shape and allow it to rest.
  10. In a separate pan pour the oil and heat it.
  11. Deep fry the donuts.
  12. You can serve it plain or apply chocolate on top for toppings.
