Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gram cashew nuts
  2. 4 spoon butter
  3. 1 onion roughly chopped
  4. 1 tomato roughly chopped
  5. 4 cloves of Garlic
  6. 2 cloves
  7. 1/2 spoon green chilli ginger paste
  8. 1 cardamom
  9. 1/8 spoon cumin seeds
  10. 1 small cinnamon stick
  11. 1/2 cup cream
  12. 2 dry red chilli
  13. 1 cup milk
  14. 3/4 spoon dry fenugreek leaves
  15. 1/2 spoon salt
  16. 1 spoon tomato sauce
  17. 1/8 spoon turmeric powder
  18. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  19. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  20. 1/2 spoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 spoon butter in a pan and roast cashewnuts
  2. Take out cashew nuts in a plate
  3. Heat 1 spoon butter and saute onion,garlic and tomatoes until it become soft
  4. Let it cool and then grind into a smooth paste
  5. Heat remaining butter in wok and add green chilly ginger paste
  6. Add dry spices
  7. Add onion tomato paste and saute until dry
  8. Add salt,tomato sauce,cream and other spices
  9. Cook until it leaves oil
  10. Add fenugreek leaves and milk
  11. Add roasted cashewnuts and cook for 2-3 mintes
  12. Kaju butter masala is ready to serve
