This is really awesome taste..i use to make this kulcha with coriander and till sesimon seeds..by biting time it gives good taste

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Whole wheat flour 200 kg
  2. Butter 40 gms
  3. Chopped coriander one cup
  4. Oil one cup salt half tsp
  5. For stuffing alloo :::
  6. Boiled alloo 1/4 kg peal n smashed
  7. Daniya powder half tsp
  8. Chilli flakes one tsp
  9. Chopped hlaf cup
  10. Salt one tsp
  11. Jera powder half tsp
  12. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp for taste

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouth bowl put wheat flour,salt,butter mix well as more as
  2. Then add water for making doe
  3. Grease butter clover wet cloth
  4. Leave 1 hour it gives more soft ness
  5. Mean while take another bowl put smashed potatoes,add all seasoning mix well keep a side
  6. Then open kulcha doe massage nice cut by half stuff Alloo masala close as doe
  7. Coat with sasemon (till white) and chopped coriander seeds out side
  8. Make roti like with the help chapathi stick
  9. Heat tavva add butter put stuffed kulcha fri we'll both sides
  10. Take out cut by half
  11. Keep a serving plate arrange all kulcha pieces add butter on top with tomato sauce
  12. Ready to serve kulchas
