ABOUT Trim Chicken Strip Fry RECIPE

Trim chicken strip heavily fried in butter and served with stir-fried capsicum, carrot and hot jalapenos.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  2. 3 tablespoon butter
  3. 2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  4. 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  5. 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 green Capsicam thinly sliced
  8. 1/2 carrot thinly sliced
  9. 2-3 red jalapeno pepper chopped
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken strips with crushed garlic, crushed ginger, crushed black pepper and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a pan,add 3 tablespoon of butter and stir fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Now add cumin powder into it and fry for another 2-3 minutes or until golden.
  4. 4. When cooked removed in a plate.
  5. 5. In this same pan, add in the capsicam and carrot slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add crushed black pepper and salt into it and stir fry them until they just begin to soften.
  7. 7. Now add in the stir fried chicken strips into it and mix well.
  8. 8. Add chopped red jalapenos and a little salt and continue to stir fry for a couple of minutes.
  9. 9. When done removed in a plate.
  10. 10. Serve hot.
