Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. For aloo kachori
  2. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  3. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  4. leaves Chopped green coriander
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1 tea spoon red chili powder
  7. 1/2 tea spoon anardana
  8. 1/2 tea spoon ajwain
  9. Atta for kachori and puri
  10. 3 cup atta
  11. Oil for moan
  12. 1 tea spoon salt
  13. 1 tea spoon ajwain
  14. 1 tea spoon ajwain
  15. FOR RAITA
  16. 200 gm dahi
  17. Boondi
  18. Salt
  19. Jeera powder
  20. Black pepper
  21. oil
  22. Red chili powder
  23. Rai
  24. For appetizer
  25. 1 big piece of ginger
  26. 2 lemon juice
  27. Solid eatable turmeric
  28. 2 green chillies
  29. For amla
  30. 250 gm amla
  31. oil
  32. Jeera
  33. Dhaniya powder
  34. Red chili powder
  35. salt as per taste
  36. Turmeric Powder
  37. Coarsely grinded saunf
  38. For launji
  39. 2 big sized raw mango
  40. oil
  41. Gur
  42. Water
  43. Coarsely grinded saunf
  44. 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  45. salt as per taste
  46. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  47. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder

Instructions

  1. For kachori and Puri
  2. Knead atta with oil ajwain and water in soft dough
  3. Mash boiled potatoes add ajwain, dhaniya powder, red chili powder, anardana, salt and green coriander leaves mix all
  4. Make small portion and put the mixture into it and make it like small Puri and fry in oil
  5. For raita
  6. Take dahi and add all masala bit of sugar too and boondi mix well
  7. For tadka take oil, put Rai and little red chili powder add in d raita
  8. For amla
  9. Cut Amla in small pieces, take oil in kadai put jeera, hing, amla add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt mix all and cover it for 10-15 minutes.Once it becomes soft put saunf and mix well
  10. For raw mango petha
  11. Cut petha in small pieces, take oil in kadai put methi daana, hing,onion saute till golden brown add petha dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt mix all and cover it for 10-15 minutes and then add raw mango pieces and bit of sugar cover again and let it cook
  12. Garnish with fresh chopped green coriander leaves
  13. For appetizer
  14. Cut thin slices of ginger, turmeric and green chillies put salt and lemon juice mix well
  15. For launji
  16. In cooker put oil jeera hing and pieces of raw mango add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt water mix all and give 2 whistle. Put chopped Gur as per taste and saunf and mix well and cook till Gur dissolves in it
