Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big bowl of coriander leaves
  2. 1/2 bowl dry or fresh grated coconut
  3. 3 or 4 pieces of deseeded amlas
  4. 1 or 2 green chillies
  5. 1 small piece of ginger
  6. 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  7. 2 inch piece of kachchi haldi /raw turmeric
  8. 15 to 20 pieces of roasted and skin removed peanuts
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon black salt

Instructions

  1. Mix and grind all the ingredients with sufficient water in a mixer to get fine a paste.
  2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl. Serve
  3. Serve it with dosa, idli, rice, parantha or sandwich
